Artifact 1: Rollercoaster

Picture

In 10th grade I took Physics HP and as an ACLC tradition my physics class participated in a rollercoaster building contest. My group’s rollercoaster was a sky theme complete with a clouds, a rainbow, a pot of gold and a leprechaun. During the building of this rollercoaster I learned how to solder, which I picked up in a few minutes, to build the track. The most difficult part of the project was working on a team because with four very people we were bound to clash and of course we did at first. Along the way we had struggles but we stuck through it, made compromises and ended up being the first team in Physics class to complete their rollercoaster that year. Even though I learned how to work as a team during different projects in my years at  ACLC, this project in particular tested my ability to be a part of a team, and my team succeeded.
